1. How do I buy something?
Please select the items you would like to buy by adding them to your shopping basket.
Dont forget to select the size and color you require before adding to the basket.
Once you have added all the items you would like to buy click on the checkout option which can be found via the basket icon.
Make sure you complete your address details including your zip code / post code, city and state. This ensures the correct amount of shipping is displayed before you complete your order.
2. Do I need to sign up to buy?
No, you may purchase an item as a guest. However it can make it easier for future orders as your account will retain your address details etc. Also you may like to sign up to our newsletter as this means we can send you information on any special offers etc (dont worry we rarely send emails – no more than one or two a year).
3. I have forgotten my password, what do I do?
This is not a problem if you have forgotten your password just follow the prompts and an email will be sent soon after so you may change this and log back into your account.
4. I have forgotten my username, What should I do?
To help recover your account, we require some information from you to verify your ownership of the account. Please note that we are unable to recover an account without proof of ownership.
5. What methods of payment are accepted?
We use Stripe and Paypal to process your payments. Both of these payment facilities allow you to pay by a number of different cards including American Express.
6. Why don’t you ship to my country?
We ship globally. The only countries we cant ship to are those that have been affected by a natural disaster or are war torn areas. This is because courier companies cannot deliver to these destinations during these unfortunate times.

Shipping costs vary depending on their destination and the number of items ordered.

Refunds are raised once we have received the returned item(s) subject to our Terms and Conditions. We will instigate the refund within 2-3 days of receiving the item however funds can take up to 5 working days to clear back into your account. 10. How do I return / exchange items?
All customers are welcome to return items to our U.K. address within 30 days of receipt subject to our Terms and Conditions.
Please state on the customs forms (or CN22/ CN23 if using USPS or similar postal service ) that these are ‘Returned Items with no commercial value’. This should assist the UK customs checks and clear the parcel so it can arrive at our UK address without delay.
11. What if I change my mind?
If we havent already dispatched the order then we can cancel and refund you. Please contact us by either replying to your order confirmation email or send an email to email@example.com. We cannot refund you if you have ordered a made to measure item and we have commenced making the article. If we have already dispatched the order then please wait for its arrival and follow our Returns Policy.

13. What payment security do you have?

Any credit or debit card details submitted by you on our Website will not be stored on our systems but by our payment processors.
